You fill out a structured questionnaire — your business, current metrics, team, and the goals you want to hit in 90 days. I review it and send you back a written brief: my reading of your situation and a proposed agenda for our kick-off.

90-Minute Kick-off Deep Dive
We meet for a 90-minute session and work through the brief together. We map your business against the frameworks I use, agree on a measurable 3-month outcome, and define your first 2-week experiment before the call ends.

Bi-Weekly Strategy Sessions
Four 60-minute calls over 2 months. You bring what's top of mind — a decision to make, a blocker to remove, a strategic question — and we work through it together until you walk out with a clear next move. Async Telegram between calls when something can't wait.

Final Review & Roadmap

The small group works differently, each seat is one founder, because the room already holds 3 businesses and the hot seats have to stay sharp. You keep everything — the execution plan, the frameworks, my personal AI toolkit, every session recap. The program is designed to make you self-sufficient, not dependent. If you want to continue afterwards, we can discuss an extension — but that's a choice, not a built-in upsell.

Yes. Default is two installments — half upfront, half before session four. If your cashflow needs something different (monthly, or quarterly tied to a budget cycle), tell me when we talk. I'd rather make the math work than lose someone who's a clear fit over a payment schedule.
Time and price. In the 1-on-1 every minute is yours and we go as deep as your situation needs. In the group you get your own hot seat in every session, and you watch the other founders work through decisions you'll face yourself. The frameworks, the toolkit, the recaps and the roadmap are identical. Pick 1-on-1 if you want depth, pick the group if price is what's stopping you.
3 businesses maximum, 2 minimum, and a seat covers up to 2 people from your company. A group forms once I've matched businesses that fit together, so I confirm your rate and your start date with you before you pay anything. If no group forms, you pay nothing.
